Sat down with the previous program director to talk about what the job description was all about. Then went to talk to the station manager and then to the human resource manager. Filled out the application online and came back to have an official interview.

Was asked some interesting and in-depth personality questions (If someone were to write a biography about you, what would you have as the title?) Loved that question! Promotions Director interviewed me on a Friday, called me back a week later to schedule a second interview, and called back a week after to say I got the job!
