I came into the building 15 minutes before my interview was to start and was greeted by the receptionist who led me to a waiting room outside of a conference room. A couple of minutes before my interview the interviewer greeted me and brought me into the conference room. She was pleasant and friendly. She asked some questions about me and my background and my future goals and how I would fit in at Salem. We then discussed what the job entailed and what my schedule would look like.
