It was 1st round with team where they have given a test 1st and then a reasoning test and face to face interview was taken up by internal team and I got a HR response i wasn't selected

The interview process is extremely slow, with multiple rounds conducted one after another. Each time, they claim it's the "final discussion," but it never is. After the interviews, there’s no feedback or follow-up—just silence. No responses to emails or calls. The entire process feels unprofessional. Candidates are left waiting indefinitely, often missing out on other opportunities due to these delays
