Very straightforward and easy. Was made an offer that I declined. Company does not pay for performance. Wages are below average for position. Recruiter said he would follow up in regards to a different position and would "call.. later' and didnt. Big company that knows they will always find someone willing to take a poor wage and will abuse it.
