first filled in standard application questionnaire giving details for salary expectations, then 3-4 months later telephone interview took place, then 1-2 later there was invitation to f2f interview with line manager, then company made job offer, and after pre-employment health(bunch of medical examinations incl. blood, eyes, hearing, HIV test, heart etc.) & security check (police clearance certificate) .
