The process consisted in the following phases. I would say that the important ones were the 2nd and mostly the 3rd one. For this last one they required me to visit them at the place of work and paid me the trip costs from Spain to Germany.
1. Video interview
2. Phone call with local HR
3. Presential interview with local HR & supervisor
4. Skype with global HR.
5. Offer
