J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Saint-Gobain
Entretien
First HR phone screen basic general questions about your past experiences. Next round was another phone interview with the “national sales manager”, again this round consisted of job responsibilities and what they expected out of a manager. Again basic interview, very relaxed and pretty easy
The final round your expected to give two presentations in front of a group of leadership discussing yourself and another topic. Then 3 more interviews with the “national sales managers manager, director and GM. Even though a little different type of final round of interviewing it was very relaxed and general conversations discussing the company and your past experiences.
After interviewing I felt like everything went smoothly, but apparently not. There expectations are to hire someone with national account experience at a bargain price. Expect to travel often as well! Good luck.

Entretien
Several phone interviews which spanned over a few weeks. I spoke to several managers up the chain. The HR contact was very good at responding. In the end I was not offered the position, but this company acted with professionalism in making sure to thank me for my time interviewing.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Basic questions regarding my experience. With each phone call I was asked in more detail to describe my work experience. It was very personal, and an easy interview to follow along with. I had a great time speaking to all levels of management
