Fair fast process. HR screen about background previous projects. Second round with engineering manager, technical screen of drawings / stress concepts, followed by design scenarios for maritime mounting / payloads. Little tough as all over zoom.

Entretien
First round interview was pretty standard getting to know the recruiter. They asked my expected salary range and what kind of engineering I like best. They seemed to value personality a lot.
