An indirect customer of my last company called me 9.30am Mon and asked me how soon I can go to his office for an interview because he just checked with his CEO if he is interested in an interview with me. It was the 1st working day after I left my last company, and I didn't apply for this company. I went with a digital resume that I prepared for another job, and I reached their HQ in 3 hrs after the call. My interview was hold for 30 mins only. Everything was very sudden. First, the CEO and our current manager had a small talk with the founder, who left to let me go in for the interview that held for 30 mins. Then I was asked to leave for a while for the founder to return for a 10-min discussion with them. Then I was called in and informed the hiring.
