The first interview was a video call with a recruiter, though they didn't mention the video part in the email. The recruiter was nice and mostly just talked about his own experience. The second interview was a video call with the hiring manager, and he was very nice and professional. He was also very honest about everything and is the only reason I really wanted the position. The third interview was a call with an associate vice president. He showed up over 20 minutes late and did not have video. He didn't have my resume or know anything about me, and I don't think he even knew what position I was interviewing for. He was generally nice but would sometimes respond with aggressiveness. I was told that they would make a decision by the end of the week of my third interview and let me know. After two weeks of not hearing from them, I reached out to the recruiter. I never got a response for that either. Overall, the company seems extremely disorganized (especially based on what they told me in the interviews) and extremely unprofessional (especially the recruiter and the AVP).
