Interview was smooth . General manager was friendly and make u feel at ease. You will be interviewed by also director of rooms and/or assistant gm. Don't be intimated I've worked there now 3 years.

Entretien
I was interviewed over the phone first. In less than 24 hours, I received another phone call asking me to schedule an in-person interview for a week in advance. After attending the first meeting with the front desk manager and assistant manager, I was called back in the afternoon to go into the property on the following day to interview with the director of operations and another front desk supervisor. I was hired on the spot at the final appointment.

Entretien
It was not stressful at all. Sage Hospitality is a company that is truly looking for the right people. If you are honestly in the hospitality business because you truly care for people, the interview process will be a breeze.
