      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sage (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2022

      Entretien

      I applied for this role online via Glassdoor if I recall correctly. I did my due diligence; studied the company profile; the JD and made myself interview ready and presentable for the scheduled virtual interview. I met with two people of which one was ‘fairly’ welcoming and the opposite which projected on facial expression. They more or less asked me basic questions; did not really express anything about the role nor the Company. I felt ‘virtually unwelcome‘ and the person I referenced kept up with the stand-off-ish cold reception until the interview came to an end. Prior the interview even concluded I had made up my mind on the grounds of what I observed that Sage was not a place I wanted to work or be a part of. Essentially your interviewers will give you a glimpse of the people culture within the business and the reality of it would probably be heightened upon joining them. My interview took place on 17th Feb 2022 and the current date in which I write this review is 14th April 2022 and I’m yet to receive an update on the status of my interview; not that I wanted to join as I had already decided that they were not a good fit or a place that respects people or cultures talent. Employers often forget that you as the candidate are also silently interviewing them as a potential fit for you professionally which I can definitely state that this particular individual lost sight of. Therefore I am quite glad they showed their hand from the gate as it demonstrates their lack of respect; non-existent professional courtesy and or recruitment process and protocol and will not consider nor would I recommend anybody that I know to seek employment with them because their internal ‘workings’ are most probably diabolically flawed inclusive of that particular interview er.
