The interview process consists of a phone screening by HR, online test, followed by 2 interviews.
At first I mistook the HR's weird rudeness to be "professionalism", but I was wrong. She forgot about pre-arrranged phone screening interview completely (had to be reminded) and walked into the office half an hour later than the scheduled time of the interview (her email asked for me to be on time in bold and yellow highlight; lol).
The interview left a bad aftertaste on me. The hiring manager looked unprepared and no insightful questions were asked. He did not even bother to introduce himself, neither did the HR tell me who he was (even when I asked her!). I felt that the whole environment at the company seemed gloomy and uninspiring (maybe I was there on the wrong day?).
I was told after the interview that they'd get back to me in 2-3 days, but that did not happen until I followed up 2 weeks later. They had lost my interest during the interview itself and I wasn't offered the job anyway. I still emailed her back asking if the hiring manager had any feedback for me--but she did not even bother to respond.
I think I dodged a bullet here.

3 stage interview.
Interviewed by Head of the department over the phone, Interviewed by my direct line management in person and finally I was interviewed by a few team members.
It was a positive experience
