Approached via email and quickly set up an in-person interview (no phone interview). Depending on how much they like you, they'll have you interview with 3-5 managers and VPs in a row so that you only have to come into the office the one time. Once they form an opinion about you, there's nothing you can do to change their mind about what position you deserve or your level of experience. You have to take a writing test, and they vary depending on your level of experience.
