Submitted resume, called back shortly after, interviewed on a Friday and started the next Monday. Had to take a urinalysis within the first week to continue employment. Not a whole lot to say about the whole process as it was very short and relatively easy to complete. They may have a different interviewing process now since Labinal bought out the old company (Harvard Custom Manufacturing). I have interviewed a few people with upper management to help determine who would work well in the area and we did ask a lot more than I was asked. It is still a relatively easy process and pretty relaxed.
