Interviewed with one person after submitting my resume. I had a college degree and lots of work experience with brand-name companies. I enjoyed interviewing with Safeway. Unlike many companies; Safeway did not make me fill-out a lot of paperwork until I was scheduled for an interview. Safeway did drug-testing. Safeway was welcoming upon hiring.

My interview experience was pleasant and straightforward. I was asked a few questions relating to my background in customer service. One day of paid training followed the interview and I was able to quickly begin work.

Very Short and simple, was during covid so I think they were desperate for hires. I was hired on the spot. Was very casual asked like two questions for formality sake.

Very Easy, Just asked standard questions. Seemed like just a formality because they were just looking for more workers. I have to reach the word count so I need to write more words.
