First, there was an initial 1 on 1 interview with one of the managers. Then they call you into their headquarters in pleasanton for a 2 hour interview with 4 managers/VPs. They ask you behavioral questions, and typical "Why do you want to work here". They also ask you case questions, such as how would you improve revenue if you were given situation A...blah blah. Just think about what kind of 'finance' related questions they can ask you for a grocery company, and you will get a general idea.
