I think this depends on the position, recruiter or manager that is looking for an applicant. In my experience I was not given an exam only a panel interview with the department head or manager and an associate. The interview was not a good experience because the question they mostly ask are not related to the job or sometimes too technical. Also I think if the interviewer is a Filipino its gonna be more difficult compare to foreigner's that have a straightforward approach.
