Super easy interview process. I dropped off my contact info in a hiring box they had at the store and they called me in for an interview even though I hadn't given them my resume or filled out an application. Not sure they care at all about previous work history or references. After the interview they told me to go online to complete the application even though I already got the job. The guy that interviewed me was very nice but it almost seemed like he was thinking about other things and mentally moving on while I spoke. Probably because they hire just about anyone who is mildly decent and also expect high turnover regardless.

It was fast and easy, very proactive people and organized. On the first day I received the call, and I was happy about it. They hire fast. If in the first 2 weeks you don't receive a call, check again.
Didn't ask any hard questions, just when availability was and if was over 18 (in order to be cashier). Didn't have to wait long to be called into the office.

Entretien
When I came in for the interview, I was brought back to the office. We went over previous work scenarios and how I handled them. I was given a choice between two departments. I received an offer letter then and there.
