Basically asked when I was available and when I could start as they were short staffed and needed people quickly. It was quite easy but there was a lot of paper work to sign and do, and you do get tested on the company policies.

It was casual, with only one interviewer. Low pressure, but I did look up common questions they asked before. They asked about my availability and 5-6 questions. They offered different positions to see If I was interested in applying to any of those.

Go and provide in person resume otherwise online application not required . I went in person they give me call two weeks later. But they say to join immediately. They provide training after you join.

Conversational, included a few conversations between manager and existing employees on the expectations and hours of the role. Similar to other cashiering roles I interviewed for. Some of the skills they were looking for were interpersonal and ensuring that I could hold a conversation and be good with customers.
