First meeting with recruiter - I have never got any information later on - tried for the 1st time last year. The process is not working correctly, the job offer keeps refreshing, but after applying there is 0 information in what state you application is.

I found the interview process to be really enjoyable, it felt more like a conversation to get to know me than a test. There were five rounds in total: 1. Recruiter screening with head of HR 2. Interview with head of Engineering 3. Technical interview with an Engineer 4. Interview with CTO 5. Interview with CEO Each interview was around 30-45 minutes except the technical round that was 1 hour. After each round I received communication that I was progressing to the next round either the same day or the next.
