Had an interview with the Co founder / CTO who was asking completely unrelated questions. Incredibly disorganized interview process.
Later they give you no response. Despite reaching out to them multiple times.
An interview can tell a lot about the work culture at the company.
If they don't respect your time, you can imagine what kind of work culture you might have to deal with.
