The interview process was very welcoming, and the interviewees were very easy to talk to. They introduced me quickly to the role, who I'll be working with, and the responsibilities. Since the role was similar to my current role, where sales and customer service were essential parts of the role. I believe there was a personality clash between what I wanted to do and who they were looking for.
