I recently interviewed with the company and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The process involved multiple rounds of interviews, spanning nearly three hours of calls, along with a time-consuming take-home assignment that took over four hours to complete.
Despite investing significant time and effort and feeling confident about my performance, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback whatsoever. I reached out politely requesting constructive feedback, only to be met with silence. It’s disheartening, especially after fully engaging with the process in good faith.
After the experience, I did some further research and noticed that similar stories have been shared by other candidates. I wish I had done my due diligence beforehand.
I hope the company takes this as an opportunity to improve transparency and communication in their hiring process. Candidates deserve respectful closure and at least a brief explanation, especially after committing so much of their time.
