You get a call they ask you why you're good for the job. if you have mechanical aptitude or skill. how does your past experience relate to this one. if you have a valid license. and explain to you that the first 2 months is tyraining and you need to pass to become a technician so you can be moved from $15 to $19. I hope this is true. then a zoom video interview. same. fast paced as to why you're good for the job. do you see yourself in 5 years doing this. etc.

It was a straightforward interview, the interviewer wanted to know me and my path and goals. Once expressed the was a multitude of information and opportunities. Loved the entire process.

Zoom interview through Indeed with store manager. I liked talking to the person I would be working for, rather than a recruiter. The manager was nice enough, but also gave me specific preferences for the employees he would like to hire. It was about 30 minutes, and my manager worked closely with me to make sure I got in for the layer start date that I needed
