Safelite reached out to me about a week after I sent in my application. There was an initial phone screen and then I had my in-person interview the next week. The interview was behavioral based. The recruiter was very helpful and communicative during the entire process.

Phone interview with recruiter then in-person with hiring manager. Then nothing. No follow up at all. Very disappointed that at least a courtesy no-thank you email wasn't sent.
