I walked in and went to the receptionist and you tell her why you're there and then I received a "script" about how a call would be made with a customer on the other line. While I waited to be interviewed, I read over the paper as much as possible. Once I was called back, I was told to complete an assessment in which it would be like being on a call and you would fill in what they would tell you. Such as: name, number, policy number. I got a 16 and was told I did "great" so idk what the cut off is. But then we ran through the script and I was supper nervous and mispronounced words, but in the end everything was fine. I ended up being offered the job after the interview that day and chose my hours but they gave me the days.

You get time after arriving to review some scripting and information about the company and sales techniques. Once you get called back, you take an easy computer quiz and proceed with a face to face mock call. Kind of nerve wracking but they're mostly looking at how you carry yourself.
