Interview process was very smooth. The HR's were very co-operative and did regular follow-up to recruit excellent talent. Basically, if you are away from the HO then you'll have to appear for Telephonic Interview only. Interview hierarchy goes from Senior Associates to Manager and then finally CEO. Must say that Lucideus has a very good approach when it comes to telephonic interviews. They ensure that everything written on resume is correct and candidates actually knows it.
