First you are given a test. Be sure you know the measurements of a ruler as there will be 2 test on this alone. You will be given a tour of the facility, pay attention as they will ask you 1-2 questions regarding safety during the actual interview. Then you are taken to speak to one of the managers where they will ask several questions. The main question is -What does safety mean to you? Make sure you are prepared to have several examples of your previous jobs and specific situations where you had to to use PPE or unsafe previous safety conditions. The interview process takes approximately 30min. They mainly focus on safety and safe work environments. Don't stress to much over the interview process because if you get the job and start the assignment, you will find out some of the employees barely even speak English.
