Sent my application and then got a feedback after around an hour of sending my resume. Overall, the initial interview was really easy with the department head. Asked a few standard questions and along the way, some information regarding the industry will be fed to you which were very informative. She was also very welcoming and throughout the interview she expressed her desire to get me and was already asking to free my schedule for the next round. However, they did something very unprofessional: They never got back to me when I asked them if applicants will be contacted regardless of the results; meaning, I just wanted to know whether we will be contacted even if we don't actually get in. After the initial interview, they asked me to free my schedule so that in case I get in the next round, we can go through it smoothly without any delays and so I did. Come the scheduled day when the company was supposed to give feedback, I asked them whether I would be contacted regardless of the results of the initial interview but I never got anything back, not even a word. Before and after the initial interview, they replied really fast but after I asked the question, they never got back to me, I sent my question again and there were no replies through any media---not in the email and not through text. It was as if they just threw my application away along with my right to get any feedback from them. Another thing they asked which is somewhat unprofessional was my medical background when this institution is not even related to medicine or the like. I know that this question should not be asked from job interviews as it is something that is very discriminatory but they did anyway, stating that their HMO was very strict and the company would reject anyone who would be rejected by their HMO. It came out to me that it is as if their deciding factor is their HMO's decisions. I actually really wanted to work for this company but after that very unprofessional action, I learned how rude they can get.
