I only got to the first step (which was a HireVue interview video & Java questions) and doubt I'm getting hired because I didn't do so well on the open response and some of the behavioral questions. 90 mins total. The first half was behavioral questions. The behavioral questions were for the most part pretty typical except for one about the Dallas market. Then there were 13 multiple choice questions about Java untimed. Finally, 5 open response questions that had 15 minutes time limit each.

video interview with HireVue. Be careful to watch the camera not the screen. Questions are displayed as text, each question 3 minutes but you can end early. It's the first round and I'm selected for next round, not really "get the offer" but there's no other choice on Glassdoor.

The interview process was a very impersonal experience. I received an email (automated obviously), in which I was granted an interview. However, they didn’t actually want to talk with me. Apparently so many people apply, they had me send in a recording of myself speaking to a camera. Some months later I moved to the next stage which involved a Hackerrank. (Still, I have never spoken with an actual human yet, this is after months of waiting). After this stage, I contacted them about the position 3 times. Each time they would tell me “Don’t fret if you haven’t heard from us, we received a lot of applicants, we will let you know if we have an update.” The last time that happened was in February. Currently it is almost September, almost marking a year since I started this process, and yet they never got back to me. Needless to say I will never apply here again, and I will be telling others about this experience.
