Quick 15 minute zoom interview with HR. She was a robot, fake, and no where in the job description did it say "call center" She put me in for the following day for a second with an area manager which I had to reschedule. I sent 2 emails to both parties, only to be ghosted. This isn't a company I'd work for if this is how one is to be treated.

Great except the recruiter isn't responsive to emails. I reached out for additional assistance, but I didn't get a response until it was time to receieve next steps, which was fine.

Entretien
I applied for the Customer Service Representative position for the (upcoming) San Francisco showroom location. I heard from the HR Coordinator the same day I applied and setup a 30 minute call to talk about my experience and learn more about the position. They passed my resume to the VP of Retail and setup another interview.
I was then offered the position a week later, the hourly wage slightly higher than the starting wage. I ultimately ended up declining the offer due the health insurance options being much more expensive than my current employer's. Overall I had a very smooth experience and everyone I spoke to had a lot of love for the company and spoke about the positive company culture.
