Interviewed for a senior sales position that was posted and referred to me by a colleague who worked for the company at that time. The phone "interview" was really to find out more details about the job (since the job posting had very limited details) and whether there was a mutual interest. Interviewer was the direct report of the posted position. Went through past job experiences and asked simple questions about more recent positions. Described the company as open to new ideas. Interviewer felt proud of the organization with a positive work culture. Not a challenging interview.
