Phone interview with the hiring manages/mentors. They will ask a variety of questions going over your resume. They will also ask some technical questions regarding the skills they will need. Overall it was a very relaxed interview and they offered me on the spot.

The interview process started with a phone screening by the talent acquisition team. They asked about my background and had a normal, friendly conversation with me. After that, they arranged an online interview with the hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager was smooth and simple. It lasted less than 10 minutes, which surprised me because it felt very short. The manager was friendly, easy to talk to, and listened carefully, which made me feel comfortable. I answered all the questions calmly and was surprised to be selected because the interview felt easy. Overall, it was a positive experience.
The interview process included a friendly HR phone screening and one 30-minute round with the manager. Although the HR was nice, the overall process was quite slow, taking nearly two months with minimal updates in between.

I got a phone interview with an intern, who said the conversation was going well and would hold the next interview with the hiring manager. I asked to provide a date suddenly days later, the position was filled.
