It was conducted online, interviewed with one principal, one associate, one designer. Discussed previous experiences, workflow, skill sets, and anticipation and some thoughts on the current works in the industry. Overall very chill.

It was a phone interview with one of the principals at the Sausalito Office. The interview was 30 minutes sharp. The interviewer apparently didn't take it very seriously because he himself questioned the purpose of some of the interview questions. It felt like he was given a list of questions to ask the candidate and he didn't even go over those questions beforehand.
