Applied online, was invited for phone and then on-site interview. I visited the company for almost a full day, talked to different employees, had lunch with them. I was interviewed by 3 panel members. My host in the company was quite a nice person, showed me around and we had a full tour of what was going on in the company. They paid for my travel costs.
