I received the invitation for the first online interview a few days after applying. The interview was conducted by the IT Group Manager and two HR representatives, all from Austria. They were highly professional and pleasant, making the entire conversation enjoyable. The HR questions were standard and as expected. The technical questions from the group manager aimed to evaluate character and work approach. Talking with him was delightful, as it became clear he is very knowledgeable in his role.
