Entretien
I was approached by Stormind in several occasions until I finally accepted to have a chat with them. I was then asked to do a *timed* 3-hours test, to which I declined as I don't have enough time to do that in one session, having my day job already. Eventually we went for a single tech interview. It was supposed to be a 1-hour call but it ended up being a 1h 50m one. I was basically asked questions one after another for almost 2 hours, I think the total amount of questions might have been a dozen or more. It felt more like an actual interrogation rather than a tech interview, which to be fair was a pretty humiliating experience for someone with several years of demonstrated experience and who was contacted by them in the first place. I would recommend to leave this kind of interview for newgrads or juniors, because otherwise it really feels disrespectful and quite "off" to treat interviewees like young Uni students. Anyway, while people I've talked to were nice, I felt like my time was not valued at all, considering I was then ghosted and after 2+ months they didn't even come back to me with an outcome. If you add that they actively insisted to have me interviewing with them while I was not actively looking for a job, ghosting me is even less professional than it would normally be.
