I applied for the position through the ST careers site and was contacted a full month later for an interview. This was a Teams call with the hiring manager, who scheduled directly with me. It was meant to include their boss too, but since their boss couldn’t make it, I had a second Teams interview the following week. A little over two weeks later, I received a call from an HRBP to discuss the opportunity and ask any non-role questions about the company. A day or so after that, I received a generous offer that I accepted.
