The position is for a person with 2-3 yrs exprience.
3-4 rounds of Technical Interview followed by an HR round.
The technical rounds are done by the team members and the concerned manager to ensure relevancy to the profile they are looking for.
Later the group head will have a short discussion to take the final decission.
If technical goes well, then the process ends with the HR interview.
offer letter will be discussed at a later stage. (in a week or two)

Overall, the Interview had four stages in which they asked me about my projects, role and responsibilities.
Basic C Interview questions, electronics & Hardware, Microcontroller, sensors. The overall difficulty level was fine. The Company seems to be good but their package is very little and not comparable with industry standards.

First there was a telephonic interview in which the domain knowledge was checked with question about SOC, UVM, AMBA, and c code programming usage. Then one to one interview with the hiring manager and then the director and then the HR round.
