Behavorial questions. Not too bad. Be ready to talk through your resume and past work experiences. The interviewers were all very nice and easy to talk to. Overall, this has been one of my easier interview experiences.

The interview was a positive experience and was fair. I applied through my university and got a first-round interview that was held at the university's career center. I interviewed with a Manager at the company, who was very clear and explained a lot about what STAT Revenue does and what the role of Associate Consultant looks like.

Applied online and was contacted by Megan. Took about a month to respond, completed the first interview, which was by phone with Megan. She asked behavioral questions, some were serious and some were fun. A few weeks later, I was asked to complete a writing sample, which was easy but required light research(ie. google searches) on auditing. A few days later I was called in for an in-person interview with a few of the staff and VP. The interviews were slightly aggressive and conducted in a condescending tone.
Aside from the interviews, the office appeared to lack in diversity. The staff is also a younger crowd with most of them having only a bachelor's degree. The turnover of staff appears to be high, which is expected considering the lack of upward mobility. The job itself seemed quite boring and being rejected from this place was a blessing in disguise. Of the many places I interviewed at senior year, this was one of the only companies where I had a poor experience.
