Lengthy - one phone interview with a general recruiter, two interviews with directors. All of those interviews flowed smoothly; they asked good questions about metrics, portfolio, types of roles I had worked on, and gave a thorough rundown on the similarities/differences at Stand8. Then, after receiving very positive feedback on those, there was another informational interview with a groundfloor salesperson and recruiter. They did not seem happy to be there in the slightest and often answered questions with just one-word answers, and did not ask me a single question. I still managed to get something out of that last interview but it was a huge outlier from the rest of the process, and had I gotten an offer, that final interview would have made me think twice about taking it.

Pretty quick and easy interview process. About 3-4 rounds depending and usually 30 mins or so on teams and talking about what you have done previously and experience level with different managers or recruiters
