Two person panel interview where they assess you on your ability to answer questions and presents solutions to generic problems. One from Development Div while the other from architecture division. Before the interview, understand from friends that the company respect hierarchy and roles well defined. Hence, when I understand the position can be fall under Development or Architecture during the interview, its raise alarm bells in me that upper mgmt have not came to agreement on how to position the role.
