Everything was over the phone.I have previously worked with this employer. This employer already knows me so I didn’t have to do the conventional interviewing process. I did a one on one phone interview with HR and the hiring manager had already approved for me to be hired so no further interviewing was necessary.

Three step interview, first interview was phone call virtual for the second interview, in person for third and final interview. HR team members take awhile to return phone calls / respond to emails. Everyone has been friendly.
