Had an initial interview, just basic about qualities and what we were looking for, then was invited to shadow the floor i'd be on. had a peer interview after the shadow with a tech and a nurse.

It went very well I was very confident with my interview process and my interview she was so awesome all the questions I asked she had answers for them and she was very welcoming!!!
