About 2-3 weeks after applying online I was contacted and asked a few questions. First a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Basic questions about resume and some basic technical questions about composite materials. At the end of this phone interview I was told I'd be invited to an on-site interview which lasted over 7 hours interviewing with several leads and managers. A lot of behavioral questions describing situations you were in and how you handled them as well as some technical questions of varying difficulty.
