I studied the product for hours but was continuously told that I didn’t know enough. Was told I’m really great on the phone during my cold call, yet I’m supposed to know the product like someone who has been working there for years? Then I was rejected the next day. All I got was text saying I’ve been rejected. (Unprofessional) I asked for feedback and they refused to give me any. I asked and was told “We had multiple applicants.” I asked again and was told, “ The Manager chooses the most qualified candidate for the role.” Complete waste of time. They knew my experience up front, which is over 4 years and the job requires 1+. Awful experience
