Classic interview process. 1/ 20-30mn phone screen 2/ grueling 4hours interview to make sure you are a good fit 3/ final round with managing directors. A little technical when came to product knowledge but overall mainly how you think and would take leadership and conduct the team to grow in the right direction.

Had a few phone/video calls with managers, directors, etc. over the course of a few weeks. Extremely easy going conversations to get to know more about my background and how I fit into the role. Eventually stopped hearing back when trying to schedule the final interview round. Gave up reaching out after 2 months of silence.
