basic behavioral questions and excel test ( mostly vlookup and sumifs functions)
first round is assistant manager and manager they ask very basic behavioral questions such as strength and weakness why did you apply for this position
second round is a director asking about career path that sort of thing.
then excel test that may take about 20 mins

Entretien
The IV process is pretty smooth. I had a call with the recruiter for the details and the recruiter will schedule the IV with manager/directors. It's only have 1 round IV.

Entretien
Terrible. The second interview never happened that was supposed to be right after the first one. Unprofessional in my opinion to not even show up for the interview and I waited there till 30 minutes after. I wasted my time applying, waiting for the interview not to be completed.
