It was a two-stage interview. The recruiters contacted me for an interview. The first stage was excellent. In the second stage, the managers did not prepare anything. They asked broad questions and replied to every answer I gave during the interview, which is not typical for the interview process and I had not experienced before. The managers wanted me to say everything they thought, which is not a way to handle interviews. They said they would get back to me within a few days, but they never followed up afterwards. They told me I had no project management experience, even though they reached out to me and read through my CV beforehand, which had all my experience in.
